If you have any concerns, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are untitled for a refund or exchange within 30 days, as of purchase date (order placement). No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after this guarantee period.
All returns and/or exchanges must be authorized by Silluette customer service representative. An ARN (Authorized Return Number) must be acquired from a customer service representative, by email, info@silluettecosmetics.com, or by calling us directly, Monday to Friday, 10 am - 5pm.

- ARN number must be granted to you, in order to process the returned merchandise and receive a refund.
- Refused and Returned to Sender packages will not be processed for a refund without obtaining first an ARN number.
- ARN expires within 30 days after it is given by Silluette customer service representative.
- All merchandise must be received within 30 days since the issuance of ARN number, to receive credit.
- Merchandise returned for a refund is entitled to 9% processing fee.
- All Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
